By using elcocomedia.com you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site is provided for information. It describes what El Coco Media does and gives you a way to get in touch.

Our content

Everything on this site belongs to El Coco Media or is used with permission. That covers the video, the drone footage, the photographs, the written copy, the logo, and the design of the pages.

You may look at the site, link to it, and share links to it. You may quote a short passage with a credit and a link.

You may not copy our video or photography for your own use, re-host it, or pass it off as your own work. If you want to use something you see here, email us and ask. The answer is often yes.

Clients who have booked a package have separate rights, and those are set out on the licensing page.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, but we do not guarantee that every detail is correct or up to date at the moment you read it. Prices, service descriptions, and sample work can change.

Nothing here is professional advice. That includes anything touching property, investment, or law.

Quotes and bookings

Prices shown on this site are a guide. A quote becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing and you accept it in writing.

Booking a shoot means agreeing the deliverables, the date, and the licence terms first. Weather and flight conditions can move a date. We will tell you as early as we can when that happens.

The contact form

Send us real enquiries through the contact form. Do not use it for bulk messaging, advertising, or anything unlawful.

We filter submissions for spam. Part of that check sends the sending IP address to a shared blocklist service. The privacy policy explains exactly what is sent and to whom.

We may block an address or an IP that abuses the form. If a genuine message of yours is caught by the filter, email info@elcocomedia.com directly and we will sort it out.

Links to other sites

This site links out to places like El Coco Properties and YouTube. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limits of liability

This website is provided as-is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, El Coco Media is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. This clause covers the website itself. It does not limit our obligations under a signed production agreement with a client.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the courts of Costa Rica.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
