Fitness Shorts

Burned-in captions and muscle-map overlays for vertical video.

Workout Shorts for the Silkies Fitness channel. Most people scroll with the sound off, so every clip had to make sense on mute.

Captions burned in, a few words at a time. Exercise title cards and muscle-map insets are rendered with transparency and laid over the footage.

Each Short reads on mute. Viewers see the move and the muscles it works at the same time.
