Look like you’re worth trusting.
Visitors decide whether to trust you before they read a word. That takes clean design, fast pages and nothing broken. Your domain, host and logins stay in your name. You hold the keys, so you’re never stuck with me.
I’m Josh. I run El Coco Media, and digital marketing is what I love. Getting the right people to stop, look and pick up the phone never gets old.
I built my first website at 13. I made the graphics in Photoshop and laid out the pages in Dreamweaver. Then I learned to write the HTML and CSS by hand, line by line, because that was the only way to get it looking right.
The tools have changed a lot since then. Table layouts gave way to phones, page builders and now AI. The job is the same. Someone lands on your site and decides in a few seconds whether you’re worth their time. My work is making sure that first look says yes.
Video and content are the other half of what I love. A good clip shows a place better than a paragraph can. A drone shot shows where a property is and what’s around it.
I edit, caption and cut for your site and for social, so the same story works everywhere your customers look.
Aristotle had names for the three ways people are persuaded. Do they trust you? Do they feel something? Do they have a reason to act?

People buy on feeling first. Video, drone footage and real photos put them in the place. Captions carry the story for everyone scrolling with the sound off.
Feeling gets their attention. Facts close the sale. That means clear next steps and search basics done right, so people can find you. Sites go live in about a week, and every change gets a live check before I call it done.
Ads buy it. Platforms sell it. Your competitors trade for it every day. A slow page or a shaky video loses it in seconds.
Getting attention is the easy part. The real question is how we capture your customers’ attention so that it converts.
That’s where the three questions come back in. Ethos stops them from leaving. Pathos makes them stay. Logos gives them the next step. When the website, the video and the brand work together, a passing glance turns into a call, a booking or a sale.
You focus on your product. I handle everything that happens digitally behind the scenes, so the most eyes land on it and stay there.
